Assessment
A Seal-K representative visits your facility to review operations, equipment, utensils, menus, ingredients, and procedures. Costs are assessed based on this review.

Rates & approval
Costs depend on travel distance, visit frequency, task complexity, and number of products. The rabbinic coordinator completes a report and resolves any outstanding issues.

Certification
Once a contract is signed, your kosher certificate is issued. Additional certification is required for Passover products.
